WARRANTY POLICY

Flex Adventures promise to the “end- user” that their products are free from defects in material workmanship, for the period stipulated on your invoice, commencing from the date of purchase.

Flex Adventures will repair or replace your faulty Flex product that develops a fault within the warranty period. This period will commence from the date of purchase (end-user) as stipulated on invoice.

All repairs must be returned to Flex Adventures for assessment on the customers account and when a warranty claim is authorised by Flex Adventures, Flex Adventures will cover the return courier cost.

All warranty repairs must be carried out by a Flex Adventures. Flex Adventures shall not be liable for replacement, reimbursements claim, or damages that may result from the unauthorized repair.

Flex Adventures will only cover warranty claims within South African boarders unless written consent is obtained by Flex Adventures.

All authorised warranty’s by Flex Adventures will start from date of purchase as stated on invoice and will end after the period stipulated on invoice. When a Flex Adventures product is repaired or replace under the warranty period the warranty will not restart but resume as from the date of purchase. Repair or replacement of the product under the terms of this warranty may be fulfilled with functionally equivalent service exchange units.

All warranty claims must be accommodated with a proof of purchase. If the customer has lost or misplace their proof of purchase, we will assist in the best manner possible to accommodate the customer.

Flex Adventures warranty is subject to change without prior notice.

The above policies are for warranty service and the customer will be responsible for any costs associated with repairs that are “specifically EXCLUDED” from the warranty conditions.

Flex Adventures reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim to the below:

Warranty exclusions:

  • General maintenance, accidental damage, fair wear and tear, incorrect installation, abuse or misuse, neglect, unnatural purposes for which this product was intended for.
  • Accidents, Acts of God, lightning, water, fire, public disturbances, improper ventilation, and voltage fluctuations etc.
  • Unauthorized modifications carried out to the product.
